Boo Hoo to the "U"

We'll it official.....

.....We're Moving!!!

We don't know when, we don't know where, but Clint got the letter we have been waiting for. His rejection letter to the "U"

From the beginning I was kind of hoping that he would choose to go out of state for school, but now that we have to go to school out of state, I'm really scared!!! I'm also having major anxiety attacks about selling our house, finding a new place to live, finding a new job, and dealing with the thought of not having ANY family around! I've lived in Utah County my entire life and I'm just not sure how I'm going to function out of this bubble I've lived in for the last 28 years. Lots of people do it all the time and say they are happy they did it, but will I ever be one of those people?

The good news is I know this is the right thing to do and that there is some reason we are meant to leave Utah, but finding out the reason why is going to be REALLY hard. Oh well, I've made it through other trials in my life, I'm sure I can make it through this one as well.

P.S. Does anyone know anyone who is looking for an amazing town home to buy?

I LOVE your aprils fool jokes!!!!
Is that Miley Cyrus at your easter party? I swear that girl in the white shirt looks just like her.
I wish I could tell you moving out of Utah county is sweet.....but for me that would be a full on lie. It is so so hard not being around family and frinds. And Maceys. But after a year I'm liking it border line loving it. My ward is what totally helps me make it. You're a lot tougher than I am so I'm sure you'll be totally fine. I just think of it as a super fun super long vacation.

When do you move? It will be good for you to move, I'm just glad that it isn't me. Of course it would be a good growing experience to move.... but not one that I want (knock on wood). Good luck choosing where to go and selling the house.

I have lived in Minnesota and Boise and the one thing I learned is that there are amazing people everywhere. My advice would be that the very first week you go to your new ward get involved even though it is hard and you don't know any one. It will make a huge difference. We are in the process of looking for a home, but it will be a little easier for us because we are staying in utah county, maybe even Orem who knows? If you have questions about selling a home I can tell you what not to do, just give me a call. 434-9647. Good Luck

I also remember when we got rejected from the U for med school! It was really hard, but like you I knew we were suppose to move out of Utah! And now we've been gone for almost two years and I think it's taken me that long to get use to not seeing my family everyday! But you are so outgoing and fun to be around everyone will flock to be your friend! Good luck on everything that is going on! Too bad you guys aren't coming to Oregon...
